Wonder by R.J. Palacio

My fourth grade son's teacher introduced this book to him. He loved it so much, he asked me to read it too. Loved it.

Titanic trilogy by Gordon Korman - Excellent historical fiction for young readers. Such a great read, they won't realize they are learning history.

My almost 10 year old is a great reader so these are all wonderful suggestions, I can't wait to pick some of them up for her.

My 9 year old 4th grader (girl) is completely engrossed in Harry Potter right now. She has read the first 4 books in 3 weeks.
