Tonight is beefy cheesy mac

I'm using the radiatore pasta, browning hamburger, and adding in double cheese ragu sauce. Quick and easy.

I normally have a month planned out, but haven't so much as even thought about it for May, we have so much going on in the next two weeks...

Last night: Grilled Chicken, Pesta Pasta Salad (pasta, pesto, spalsh of Italian dressing, sun dried tomatoes, red bell pepper, olives, zuchinni, mozz cheese) , & green beans

Tonight: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, some sort of bread

Tomorrow: Grilled pork chops, potato salad, corn, peaches & strawberries

Thursday: Chicken fajitas, beans, rice, maybe something for dessert ??

Friday: Hamburgers, oven fries, BBQ beans

No recipe link but tonight we are having whole wheat spaghetti tossed with sauteed grape tomatoes, sugarsnap peas, and garlic slices.

Just saute your pea pods in a bit of olive oil for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a bit of dried basil and oregano, salt and pepper. Add halved grape tomatoes and sliced garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute or so. Add cooked spaghetti, stir, and serve.

I just finished dumping a bunch of stuff into a crockpot to pretend that I know how to make lasagna that way.

We are leaving on vacation on Friday so that will feed us for a couple of days until we leave along with whatever in the fridge will go bad while we are gone.

I love to cook! I wish I had more time to do meal planning. I made stuffed pasta shells and they were so good! I modified THIS recipe and added chicken sausage.

Tonight we are having marinated flank steak (another favorite of mine).

I have no idea. I never have any idea. We're pretty much the worst at meal planning and thinking about dinner before 4pm. ::sigh::

LOL! A lot of times I have something planned and then decide that doesn't sound good and either run and get something new to make or we eat out.

hubby is cooking a turkey today, since he missed Easter dinner with us. I am loving this, I don't have to cook when he is home, a nice break from me cooking nightly for two months. lol

Yummy cake!

We are having frozen chicken baked in the oven and cottage cheese and salad followed by lots of chocolate. We're going through a rough few days as a family here and we're between runs to the hospice at the other side of town so dinner came out of the freezer and got thrown together and I called at the supermarket to buy chocolate, chocolate cake and chocolate biscuits - comfort food

We are just having Beef and brocolli over brown rice. I have round steak I'll cut up and sear and then throw together an "asian-y" type sauce (think soy sauce, little bit of beef stock, brown sugar, vinger, garlic) to cook it and the broccoli in then we will just eat it over rice!

tonight - Left over beef rib roast reincarnated into french dip sandwiches with baked potatoes and corn

Wed - Bacon and cheese chicken (just saute chicken breasts then cover with some shred. cheddar and a sprinkle over some chopped up cooked turkey bacon - hubby and I like ours with a little BBQ sauce on the chick before the cheese and bacon) served with salad and watermelon

Thurs - eat out b/c Katie has her National Honor Society ceremony at 6:45 so something quick.

Fri - Katie has a dance after school and Hannah has multi-cultural night at her school so I'll pre-make baked ziti in the morning before work and pop it in the fridge and we'll just warm it up with some garlic bread and salad when we get home.

OMG - that cake looks delish!!! Can you send one to me????

Jordan hates premade meals, and I hate to cook. It's not a great combination, LOL! We try, but we eat pretty much the same things all the time. He's also a pretty picky eater, so lots of times I'll want to try something and he won't. Although he is getting better about letting me try whatever I want, and if he doesn't like it he'll make himself something else. That tortellini soup is right up my alley, so I'm gonna have to try that sometime soon, whether he likes it or not, lol.
