Default Wow, reality check!

I didn't download last night after I ordered as it was storming. When I logged in to see my order history and that total came up on the bottom of the screen. Yikes. I couldn't believe how much I've spent in the past month. I like NEVER buy scrap stuff. Well, rarely. I got carried away this month though. I'm sitting at $73.xx for February! Thank goodness DH doesn't know!

I will definitely keep that in mind! I don't think I've spent that much in the past 3 years combined including CU purchases! LOL I'm usually not much of a shopper. Guess it was time.

Does anyone remember that time .... in 2008 I think...that the order histories were going to go away after a remodel and people took the time to add up their orders because they weren't going to have access to the info anymore? I want to say someone (Paula maybe) had spent like $2,000 or something over the year/s. I would be a very happy camper if my scrapping budget was stretchier, that's for sure!

I shop some, but not nearly as often as I'd like...nor do I scrap as often as I'd like, and they go hand in hand I'm afraid.

Yes I remember that! Unfortunately it did nothing to curb my spending. *sigh*

Since I've been dieting and packing a lunch for work instead of eating out everyday with my office mates, I save that money, between $20-$40 a week, and use it as my scrapping budget. And believe me, I spend it. Scrapping makes me happy, so it is worth every penny.

It was Paula or Jamie.....I remember they both had a pretty high total!! I was at only $20 bucks for the year...then today it jumped up to $40 bucks and it's that pesky Robin's fault!!! Her and that delicious sale today!!

Good thing I love the goodies so much here...I don't mind too much!!!

The sale today made my total jump too. I spent about 1/3 of mine today. Who can help it though when you can get those collabs for free when you are buying stuff that is on super sale anyway! That's what I'll tell DH. I HAD to do it.

Nah, my birthday was this month so part of that was birthday money and part was money Artscow sent me.

Oh, look Mari was right at the beginning of that thread Lena went and dug up, but that was a much, much lower total than it is now.

I beat you this month: $ 100....

I never looked at my history before. It's all my money so I do not feel guilty in any way. However, maybe I should use the kits I am buying a little more. LOL!

I changed to digi because of the money too. Wel, my biggest reason was that I can lock down the computer and save and just don't have any mess on my desk. And be able to use something more than once is a good pro for digiscrapping. Wish I'd changed earlier....I have spent thousands of euro's on paper supplies which I don't use anymore....

But selling it is too much work (I am just lazy) and throwing away is not worth it....so I donate to my mom every once in a while....
