Default NOTICE: Credit Cards

Hey chickies!

Starting about 8pm last night, our credit card processor has been acting funky during the exchange between when your payment has been processed and when you're redirected back to the site to get your order confirmation and download keys.

If you place an order using a credit card which has multiple items from different designers, it is going to give you an error when you return to the site rather than setting your order to processed like it should. Weirdly... this doesn't happen if you purchase items from only one designer.


Please DO NOT place your order again as payment has already been captured. We will manually set your order to processed once we confirm that payment has been made.


I sincerely appreciate your patience while we troubleshoot this issue. We believe it's related to the migration of our credit card processor from one system to another on their end, but the glitches are annoying nonetheless for us and all of you. Please rest assured that your payment is secure as always despite the weirdness.

I ?m not able even to get to the payment gate, one step ahead of what you describe. I?m getting answer
This website is unavailable
The website www.clover.com has terminated the connection unexpectedly.
Any idea what to do?

I didn't see this until now - after I placed an order =( I figured the credit card issue was resolved by now. Just sent an email for help because my order didn't process like normal. Sorry to be a pain.

I know that my issue was resolved (thank you again) but I wasn't sure if it would help you if you saw what it looked like on my end or not. I will just use PayPal from now on but it might help you get to the bottom of the issue. Here's a screenshot of what my page looked like after the redirect

Unfortunately, my web guy has been dealing with a personal issue and hasn't been able to take a look at this, so I am still checking transactions multiple times a day and pushing orders through to processed manually once I confirm payment.

We were migrated automatically by our credit card processor and small orders with only one designer's products are working fine, but larger orders with multiple designers are erroring coming back from the shoppe.

Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.

I did find your order from yesterday and see that I do have a paypal payment from you that was showing as Not Finished but had a transaction number attached to it, so your payment went through over there and I set your order to processed <3
