Gallery TOU question

Question - I know our gallery TOU state that SSD products must be on there somewhere or that a layout using non-SSD products can be posted if it's for a challenge. Now what about digital designs that belong to a SSD designer that aren't available for puchase at SSD? How do those fit into the gallery TOU?

I'm 99% sure that if it was made by an SSD designer that still currently sells here, it's ok, even if it's a retired/unavailable product.

I'm positive Col is right, since I just asked our dear Meggy the same question last night.

Also, the new challenge system requires that all LO's include SSD product. That's been changed as well.
