Hey girls,

Just wanted to let you know that from what I understand, there has been a disk error on the server we're on and our webhost, along with the datacenter where our server is housed, is currently working on getting us back up and running.

While we're down, I dont have access to emails, download resets or any order access whatsoever, so please be patient with us and I will keep you posted as soon as I have any more info :)

Thanks for your understanding and please keep your fingers crossed that we're up and running again soon.

Robin, what pain that must be! I do site design too, and this kind of thing is just a nightmare. I hope they are able to get you back up and running soon!
 
thanks for letting us know! I was worried when I access the shoppe. I shall just hang tight untilthings are fixed. What a pain in the bum!!!
 
Does that include the blog because I can't get access to that. My browser just times out which is what it is doing for the shop. Just checking because last month I had an issue with my modem and couldn't get on this site at all (along with a bunch of other sites) until I reset my modem a couple times and I don't feel like doing that now, lol.

Hi Jen,

It includes everything on the domain www.sweetshoppedesigns.com. Our forums and gallery were split off to a separate server and domain name sometime ago which can be accessed at www.sweetshoppecommunity.com - spread the word if you hear of other people having problems coming to play :)

Thanks. I kind of figured when I looked at all the domain names but wasn't sure. I went to put my entry in the blog for last weeks SAL and couldn't get in which left me scratching my head and I only had like 2 hours left to post it. No big deal, though, I just thought maybe I had like the worst luck and my computer was acting up.
 
Man i am glad to hear it will be back on when evrythings is okay again.
Cause i freak a littel bit when i coulden go to the shop, cause i have seen kits that i want :p
 
so glad to find out about how to get to the forum, I had forgotten about it being on a different server......I was really worried and going through withdrawl!!

Yeah, I got a "no peeking" message... :confused:

I hope the store files haven't been wiped out cuz I had a ton of stuff on my wish list that I'll probably forget about if the wish lists get cleared :(
 
I'm just thankful it didn't happen Saturday before shopping and downloading!!!! LOL--so I'll be fine as long as the forum is here and things are back to normal in the shop by this coming Saturday for shopping!!!:thumbup:
