Thanks Anelia! My best friend and I will be going from Venice to Rome to Barcelona to Avignon to Amsterdam and then finally Paris. We seriously cannot wait! It's going to be a whirlwind, but we're soooo excited!

Going to Europe would be a dream come true for me. It makes me sad to think of you toting that laptop around everyday and worrying about SSD. I hope you find a way to relax and enjoy your vacation. Melanie... the Rolling Kitchens festival is happening in Amsterdam while we're there at Westergasfabriek and we can wait to get our food truck on! I'll definitely look into burgermeester too! Thanks so much for the recommendations!
