2019 Project Life - Week 20

Life is spinning at an insane pace at my house... how about yours? Are all of the end of year wrap-ups killing you?!?! I'm so thankful to be on the home stretch... I'm beyond ready for summer vacation!

This week was a really HARD week for me--lots of parenting struggles. It's a delicate balance knowing what to document and what to leave out. I want to have an honest record--and it would feel lopsided to ONLY include the happy-happy times. How do the rest of you handle hard weeks?

This week was a really HARD week for me--lots of parenting struggles. It's a delicate balance knowing what to document and what to leave out. I want to have an honest record--and it would feel lopsided to ONLY include the happy-happy times. How do the rest of you handle hard weeks?

I struggle in general with journaling... as I'm never 100% happy with what I share, or how well I articulate and express my thoughts/our journey. I find that usually a brief overview of our weekly adventures completely fills my journal spots and doesn't allow for much else. I'm with you on some weeks/days being incredibly challenging though! When I do have space I generally just sum up that we had a "tough" time. big hugs, Momma! You're doing an amazing job xx
