Anyone ever make these?

I came across this and think that they are cute. I was thinking about making some with a little background papers with initials on them for presents. Anyone ever try making these?

You may be able to find them at JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby or Michaels otherwise I have NO CLUE, I wish it listed where she got them from!!!!

I found some good deals (or I think they would be good deals) on etsy. I saw a person who had starter combos that came with everything that you would need. A couple of days ago I looked at Joann's and Hobby Lobby and couldn't find clear ones like these.
