Sept 2011 Hybrid 10 pt project - Banners are super popular lately, popping up all over the place. Whether done in fabric, paper, or even tissue paper, they bring a certain something to a room or an event. Your challenge this month is to create a banner that has at least 5 pieces or pennants to it.
