Rounded corners

I'm looking for a template to get those beautiful rounded corners on my pockets/cards. Do you all round them in PS or is there a template that already does that? Can you point me in the right direction?

I just round mine in PSE. I am not sure if there is a template or not. Good luck finding one though!
