Description: A survival kit of sorts - without using the ominous term: survival. :) Included in this kit are band-aids, a family photo, quarters, and extra love notes. The notes are actually valentines from a now-retired Dani kit. Those are in case my boys need a quick pick-me-up or if I forgot their notes in their lunches (it has happened!) It all fits nicely in a recycled altoids tin and the tin fits nicely in the side pocket of their back packs. Just a little extra love ready when needed. Description: This fun project was inspired by my 8-year-old son Jacob. He asked for a place to keep his invention supplies - and he even sat by me and designed the prototype papers. The tote is made using an old pair of jeans and ribbon. I sewed a vinyl pocket on the front and designed the label with Dani's Imagi-Nation kit. The prototype papers were created with the same kit. The bag was then filled with inventing supplies - craft sticks, markers, papers, pencils, pens, crayons, fuzzy pipe cleaners, clothespins, toothpicks, and glue. fun! Description: A tropical vacation is a little ways off in the future (thus the background being a captured part of a dvd of the U.S. Virgin Islands - :) ), but I've been collecting articles and info on neat places to see and things to do when we do get there. This notebook is to organize all that funness. I also printed out small parts of the kit to use as stickers throughout the journal. I can almost feel the salty breeze blowing my hair. Mmmmm. Description: These booklets were made for a giggly fun group of 10-year-old girls. I was able to teach them the 5 Bs for babies that my mom taught me when I was young: bottle, burp, binkie, bottom and blanket. The little booklets are to help remind them what we talked about and hopefully they can keep them in a babysitting bag or something similar. A fun little list to run through when a baby is bawling and you're not sure what to do next.
