Description: Here's my take on the 3/28/07 Cookie Decorating Challenge #5. This beautiful little girl belongs to a friend of mine at work. He's a wonderful single father so he of course had to share all of his proud daddy picture's with me ;) I happily volunteered to scrap the pic as soon as I saw it.
