Too many dishes to wash, faces to wash, toys to pick up. Too much laundry, too much vacuuming, too much ironing. Too much time in the car, too much stuff in the car. Too many people wanting my attention, too many little arms trying to cuddle me. Too many meals to repair, beds to make, books to be read. Too many baths to be run, bodies to be dressed, too much hair to be brushed. Too much yelling, too much crying, too much guilt. I love being a mum... but somedays it is just TOO MUCH.

Description: Well I'm not sure how good a take on the challenge this is... no photos and it doesn't look much like the inspiration blog lol. I liked how her journal was white, and whimsical with lots of bright colours... so I sort of tried to go with that... and ended up with this much more graphic looking page :) Its not really an "illustration" of my day with pictures... but at least I got the words down. I started with a blank page in a notebook and just kept jotting stuff down throughout the day... it was fun :) Credits:Spring chick by Dani Mogstad and Miss Hunibuni available at the Sweet Shoppe on Saturday. Staple is from Hard at play by Dani Mogstad. Fonts are Courier New and Pea Jenny Script. TFL.

Description: Well here is my take on the challenge... I was really loved the blocked layout on the home page and the white background.... so I took that as my inspiration. Balance is something that I am aiming for in my life this year... note I said aiming LOL. I have actually printed this layout out in 5x7 inch size and I'm going to stick on my fridge to act as a reminder. Credits: Spring Bouquet by Suzy Nunes available at Sweet Shoppe Designs.
