Description: Not the best, but we were able to travel to South America be a bit with my mum, see the part of the family there and eat wonderful food.... Description: I remember how performing arts teachers and agency people all through Sarita's life (DD) commented about other kids being there because it was the wish of the parents and not the child....even if you had nothing to do with the profession you could tell how much she loved it all...she was always super comfortable around people, chatty and ...well, a performer natural born! she still keeps a list of that, only with the difficulties that come with being a young adult in this day and age... This was from one of her first professional photo shoots, she had just turned 8 years old . We both have cowgirl's soul, in rodeos feeling so at home, once of the things we both miss the most living in London. Description: The boots drawing is one of mine (I have scrapped pages here with this one before) the rest is all pure Val's creativity {Little Butterfly Wings), and equally creative Raquel from Sweet Doll (which I only JUST realized scrapping this collab who she is and I have loved her for almost 15 years!!! Still have Boutique Cute Doll kits I scrap!!!) I have gotten amazing presents in many forms, toys (the talking doll in the operation just before I started walking aged 5, but I have made so many pages about that one) events, trips and dearly, very dearly, gifts from God I couldn't possibly choose, like people entering my life, but as I can't choose from the big ones (would take me a lot of journaling to scrap that and my hands and right arm are on waiting list for operations, so can't scrap for type much) I'm going for a material one that gets to my top 5: My real Cowboy boots. When we started seeing each other, my husband gave them to me, we were shopping at the Oxfam Charity Shop (thrift shop to you in North America?) and these were 5 pounds, granted this was 30 years ago, but even then, it was so cheap for what they really cost at the time. Description: The view of the Mediterranean from our cruise balcony, onboard Cunard's Queen Victoria ship, September 2023 (for my 65th) Definitely OCEAN for me, every big body of water makes me happy, but nothing like a sunset in front of an ocean, shame we don't have money, or I would be moving Into that ship that sells and rents long term cabins! We lived in beach villages & towns when I was a child, then I spent most of my 20s also on the beaches of Brazil, moved to Mallorca from Spain when living in Spain because one NEEDS to be close to the sea! (well, the Mediterranean isn't an ocean, but it is very close to the Atlantic, so I guess is valid?
