For Eva...Week 2

Description: Well I made it, second week, second LO. Probably wouldn't have started if it wasn't for my commitment to this project. Its so easy to get side-tracked LOL! But this is a sweet memory of a time a year ago that I know my DS would like to see. I helped out with the class science project...making home made ice cream. Description: Eva's passing has sparked me to begin scrapping again. I have to admit its a slow process. I've focused for so long now on photo editing its hard to get back in the swing of things scrapbooking (I'd forgotten about all the files open at once!!) And in the process of scrapping this page I used Dani M's kit not realizing/remembering she's not at SSD anymore. But I used several Darcy fonts and Cindy's template so its still SSD products. But I love it. Because it is done. Description: I ordered two of these blackboard tiles from Pottery Barn and they came in the mail this week. The boys loved them and started drawing and erasing right away. Evan even drew a great picture of me with my sunglasses on my head (like always) and stars on my shirt (not where that came from but OK!). Spend a little time each and every day to play and live in the moment. This may simply mean eating your dessert first, or throwing your socks up in the air, but really it is al about attitude. The Lord gives us good things and bad and many times both at the same time, and this is where we need to stop and see where we are right now and not get so caught up in the past or what may come. So today while I was in a hurry to get lunch started and Kyle down for a nap, he reminded me that even a box full of packaging material can turn into a game of snowfall and that I can laugh and play for 15 minutes before I return to my busy day. And those fifteen minutes were the best part of my day. So take care boys to always look for ways to play and live in the moment, for they do pass by so quickly!
