Description: JOURNALING - This comedy at the Ohio Theatre (4/14/24) was a delight. Anyone who has played the board game "Clue" will enjoy this live version featuring all the "usual suspects". In the lobby was a large board that was the perfect place for "selfies". Inside the theatre patrons were greeted by the image of "Boddy Manor, a mansion of epic proportions and terrifying secrets..." to set the scene. The entire cast was wonderful. We especially liked the physicality of Mr. Green, 2nd from the left. Early One Evening at the Rainbow Bar and Grille

Description: JOURNALING: We saw this off beat, strange little play at Curtain Players on October 29, 2023. The plot centers around a working class bar in a small town after nuclear bombs have pretty much destroyed the rest of the country. The characters are trying to decide what to do when a traveling salesman, who turns out to be God, offers the bartender immortality if he will write a new Bible and get it right this time. It had some funny moments and all of the seven cast members were excellent in their roles. The leads, Daniel Sawtelle as Shep and Christa Lain as Virginia, were especially good. PHOTOS - 1. Richard Thomas played Atticus Finch in this Aaron Sorkin stage adaptation of the Harper Lee novel.
