I am so sorry you have to go through this with the very person who should be there for you. It is good though that you have an objective view of things and are undergoing therapy to help you. it's a good start!

Very poignant. It's not always easy living with someone with bipolar disorder (ask my dh sometime,lol). I'm glad you're going ahead and getting help yourself, it's a big step. It takes courage to remind yourself that you come first. Good luck to you.
