Off To The Gym LO.
I love to run. If someone had asked
me this time last year if I
would run with them I pro-
bably would have laugned
in their face. But with
a few people around me
who run, it was tough
not catch the running
bug. Now, I absolutely
love it. I have the feeling
of being free when I run.
It's such a greatstress reliever
and I alwaysfeel a sense of
accomplishment after I'm done.
I even manage to run five kilo-
meters in 28 mins. I thought it
wasn't too bad for a beginner.
Sometimes it's tough to get up
and go, and the burning lungs
and legs don't help. But it's
such a reward when I'm done.
