An hommage to my friend Zorka a.k.a. DeepGirl. When I saw March Challenge # 28, it made me think of her, but she was quicker and
did a LO herself. Then I thought about her in relation to Challenge # 24, and once again she was quicker and did a page.
About ME! So I decided to make a sister layout to that and talk about my side of things. Originally I wanted to use Libby's Brown-Eyed Girl as this is the one she loves best, but it came out purple because Madame Muse wanted to go that way. :-)
The text in Slovak means:
"I met Zorka thanks to the internet. While googling about Blackmore’s Night I found her then-site CornerShop, let myself be musically inspired and being charmed by a discovery thus made (Moya, at that time still Máire Brennan), I wrote the the webmistress. It was almost a year later when we met in person for the first time - shortly before my departure for Luxembourg (September 2004). This means that our friendship came to life and grew over a distance, but this didn't have a negative impact on it. In my opinion this proves that distance doesn't matter. What matters are common interests (music, technology, creativity and many, many more), similar views on life and, last but not least, a shared sense of humour. Almost the same things that are true about love, with some obvious differences, that is. :-)
Zorka calles me her fairy godmother and I'd say she's something like my good fairy. Always full of enthusiasm, understanding, ready to shower me with of praise and full of tolerance to my mood swings (I do think I've never met a less touchy person in my life). It's been and will be a pleasure to be a fairy godmother to this particular fairy!"
Used for March Challenge # 24 (A woman who has deeply impacted your life).
