Journaling: What constitutes happiness? for me it is surrounding yourself with the people you love and that love you and finding something you love to do and doing it. On the scale of happiness, I would say I was about 5. I have my family close by, my kitties are always there to make me smile, I have hobbies that I love to do, and I have a job. In order to move myself up on the happiness scale, I need to accomplish a couple things. I need to make my new apartment look more like my home, putting up things that makes me smile and brings me closer to those I love. I want to manage my days better so I have more productive time when I am doing my scrapbooking. And last but not least is to make that hobby a source of income for myself.
