.. When I feel I am losing control of my life, when I only feel the stress of constantly needing to do things. The feeling that my life is lived for me. That everything evolves around my work instead of the time with my family.
Secondly I get stressed out when I am losing controle over my house. When everywhere I look there is a big pile of mess screaming at me to be tidied. The only thing I long for then is some peace and quiet and a tidy house
