"Ok. I know I tell you all the time how beautiful you are. I look at you every day
and wonder where in the world you came from. I can't even begin to describe
how much fun you make life. Ok, this might become really sappy and cheesy,
but I'm writing what I feel. This photo just makes me smile. Your expression,
your eyes are just breathtaking. I love the little freckles decorating your nose,
even though you're not too fond of them right now. Always be proud of
yourself. God made you, and he made you this way for a reason.
Always find the good in people, even when everything tells you there isn't any.
There's always good, no matter how hard you have to look to find it. Finding the good
in others helps you see the good in yourself.
Appreciate your sister. In the darkest of times, your sister will be there there
to support and comfort you. Sisters are one of the greatest gifts God has
ever given. Cling tight to your relationship with Cora. It will last longer
than most relationships in your life.
Be proud of your country. America isn't perfect, but it's America. The
Land Of Dreams. Anything is possible here, and it's our responsibility to
make sure our country is safe for future generations. Love your flag.
No matter how much you get irritated with your father and me,
remember that we won't be around forever. Savor every moment
with us, just as we do with you. Life is precious, and we only get one
shot at it.
Take risks. No one ever got anywhere by being too scared to try something. Even if you
fail, you will have learned something by giving it your all.
Never be afraid to ask for help. We all need it sometimes, and it's amazing
how in times of trouble, the human spirit will accomplish wonderful things.
It's in our nature to be generous with our talents and resources. If you ask for it,
help will be given. Above all, never forget how very much I adore you."
