Journalling: "when i receive compliments i never know how to accept them. unless it’s my eyes their praising,because i wholeheartedly agree. their colour, their shape, their placement on my face... i just adore them.
when people ask where my long eyelashes come from i am proud to tell them that my dad’s eyelashes were so long he cut them so boys would stop picking on them. it makes me feel closer to him."
