Sweet Shoppe Designs

Stephy came home for two weeks before her college classes started back up so we made plans to go to Adventure Island water park. We went on Sunday, August 22nd, 2010. The day was perfect! Stephanie & Charles didn’t wait more then 6 minutes for any ride - so they were able to do a few of them. There was a waterfall area when we first walked in and Troy loved it, We were all hot so sat for a few minutes, cooled off and splashed aroudn before heading to the rides. The kids loved the kiddie area(s). Although at first Troy wasn’t too sure about the water falls but after a few minutes he was running around & having fun. Rachel loved sitting in the shallow water & splashing around. She was laughing and smiling; it was great. Troy loved jumping over the waves in the wave pool the most. I did manage to go down one water slide and I smacked my head off of the slide on the way down - after that I was done. lol. They did close the water attractions due to lighting for thirty minutes so we sat down and had a water break. Then once it was open again we were back at it.
