This was some major scrap therapy for me, as my marriage has been in a pretty precarious state lately.

Journaling reads: We have shed so many tears and said so many hurtful words to each other that I often wonder if our scars will ever heal. But a little perspective goes a long way. Because when I remember how happy we once were, I know that we are worth fighting for.
