A colleague posted a series of photos of her baby son when she came to the office with him.

The talk bubble is in Czech and means something along the lines of "Here you have your favourite liquor as you asked, Mr Director" - but the style is that familar one secretaries use with their bosses. I don't really know this kind of jargon in English.
