Journaling: On sunday march 13, little bit was just not acting right. He had the worst meow but I coudn’t figure out what was the matter. Later in the day after doing some pressing around on him to see what was going on I realized maybe it was urinary. I did some research online and realized it was most likely bladder. I call the vets office to hear from the oncall vet. after talking to him it was decided that I needed to go ahead and take him in and not wait til morning. so at about 10:00pm I took him to Dr. Glade they had to
put him under to insert a catheter into the bladder to
drain it and put him on medicine. the next morning his bladder was full again so they had to put him under again to get them catheter in better and they did blood work to check his kidney function. the next morning he was all clear and drinking water, so they kept him for 24 hours and on wednesday he was able to come back home. I told him he scared me and he couldn’t do that again.
