Journaling Reads: “Celebrate: a Street Party!” was a very loud, energetic, brightly colored parade/street party. It made several stops along the parade route, & allowed the kids to get up and dance with the performers and sometimes even the characters! There were lots of fun songs, and even a giant conga line! I think that was Eden and Ella’s favorite part! They pass out drums and there’s a BIG confetti burst at the end with giant, Mickey-shaped confetties!! While this parade didn’t have the magic of the Parade of Dreams, the girls absolutely LOVED it! Eden especially couldn’t wait to dance. While we were waiting for the parade to start she turned to me and said “I just wanna DANCE!”. haha!! The performers were amazing dancers and they worked HARD during this show. And seeing Woody dance hip hop to ‘I Love Rock & Roll’ was probably the funniest thing I’ve ever seen!
