07.29: Left early again this morning with Matt at 645 am! I am so tired! We got breakfast at the hospital and then I went and chatted with Raquel for awhile and then got a new eye exam. She actually said one portion of my exam was better, but my stigmatism has gotten worse, but it’s all good, I still only need them to read. I left and went over to the Seaplane base and did the paperwork for Peyton to update his daycare so he could stay at Stephanie’s. I stopped by the commissary and got some non perishable items such as pickles, chips, ramen and soups. Grabbed some mozzarella sticks at Arby’s and a drink and headed to the retirement ceremony. It was a fabulous ceremony and I took LOTS of pictures! I also got to chat a bit with Tom Countryman and it was good to catch up with him since I haven’t seen him since my retirement ceremony. Todd and Dennis were going to the reception so I asked them if they would give me a ride home later in case Matt didn’t want to go. So matt came home and I rode with them to the reception at Fort Casey and we were there most of the night and I FINALLY made it home at 1132 pm! ALL The kids are still awake so I got them to help me get the groceries out of the van and in the kitchen. So tired that I am going to go to bed and then upload all of my pictures tomorrow! So basically I was gone ALL DAY with my camera and have NO IDEA what the kids did!
