I have spent way too much energy on self loathing and guilt, focusing on shortcomings and comparisons. By the grace of God, my eyes have been opened, and I now realize just how beautiful I am, how valued and precious. I will be grateful for each day I’m given and will use it to try and be a better person. I will be grateful for not only the blessings in my life, but also for the hardships, for they have made me the person I am today. I will be grateful for second chances and new beginnings.
