May Challenge # 3 - Famous Trios

As little as five months ago, I would never have thought of scrapping a page about me, with photos of me, much less doing three layouts on me, myself and I. But that was five months ago and during that time, I have changed. Losing weight has been a catalyst for other changes in my life, and in me. I smile more because I have more enthusiasm and more energy. I am kinder to others because I have learned to be kinder to myself. I do more because I can do more with out the extra weight. Yes, I am still overweight, but I am no longer allowing the number on the scale to limit or define me. As I shed the pounds I am also shedding the negative image I have had of myself for far too long. I am worthy of love, affection and happiness. I am intelligent, artistic and hardworking. I am beautiful, loving and strong. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
