This is my LO for the Tell Your Story Challenge...

Journaling reads:
I was born October 12, 1957. I was the first born for my Father (he was 50) and my Mother's 4th child. I was born at home, although there was a
Doctor in attendance. Mom, said I was an easy birth (I wish I had had one of those *lol*). The bed that I was born on; I still have. Mom was so proud of that bedroom furniture, as it was the first 'new' set she had ever owned. I do not use the furniture anymore (just have it stored), but, I just can't bare to part with it. I have very little in the way of keepsakes, including pictures from my childhood and it really makes me sad. Scrapping pictures and memories for my children, I hope they will never feel this way.
