*All Zombie Survival Rules adapted from my favorite zombie pop culture to include Zombieland, World War Z and The Walking Dead in good fun.

Stockpile Supplies
Supplies in the zombie world will be
only what is necessary to survive.
Remember you will likely need to
carry your supplies at some point
in hurry. You will need to decide
what is important versus what
you can handle. Weapons are
necessary against a zombie
attack or trouble with other
living humans who may mean you
harm. Remember noises alerts
everyone to your position, so,
while guns are necessary they
are also loud. Bow & arrows,
crossbows & knives are great choice
Anything you can use to do damage to a
zombie brain can be a weapon. Other necessar
supplies are food, mecidine and clothes. Foo
will spoil in a world with no electricity.
Canned and boxed goods are good picks. All
food will need to be cooked by campfire whic
could also draw unwanted visitors. Medicine
will be hard to come by, when you find it ta
what you will need for later use. Clothes
will come in handy when you ruin clothes fig
or when it gets cold in later months.

Find Shelter
Finding shelter wil be a very
necessary step in surviving the zombie
apocalypse. Very likely, your home will
not be a good shelter. You will spent
a good amount of time traveling and moving
to find a suitable place to settle. Look
for a place that would be easy to fortify
and protect yourself. Some examples would
be a small military base or a prison.
While moving look for places to camp that
provide natural protection. In some areas
abandonded homes may be usable. Do not
find shelter in any where that will trap
you if attacked in the open. Somewhere
that protects you from the
elements would also
be desirable.
Zombies cannot climb stairs, but
living attackers can. Zombies
freeze in extreme cold
weather, but so will
you if not properly
prepared. You will need
to decide what you can
handle in this case. A
tent is easily moved,
but provides little
protection. If you have
a vehicle this can also
be temporarily used as shelter
This is a very important
step in surviving.

Learn to Adapt
The zombie world
will be a much different world
from what you have previously
lived in, no matter where you lived before.
In this world, it is very necessary to find
a group of survivors to band together. They
will likely keep you alive. You cannot keep
watch all the time and these people will
likely have many skills you do not have.
It is also necessary to realize, you will
need to kill. Zombies are not the people
they were before, they are not sick, they
are animated corpses that will attack and
bite you turning you into one of them.
Other survivors will likely be more
ruthless than you and will want to attack
you. In order to protect yourself, you
will need to kill. Learn from your fello
survivors, you will all have different
skills. It does not matter what you did
before, only how you learn to survive
now. This world is not the same, you will
need to change everything about yourself
and then cahnge it again the next day when
you learn something new about this world.
Adapt in this world and you will survive.
