It's sad how much time it takes to move past someone elses issues they force upon us. I've been there, too, and I wish I could give you answers. Surround yourself with positive energy and the pain will subside. Don't let anyone in your life who brings you down. It's not always easy, but I know you'll feel better about yourself someday soon! xoxo

this seriously made me cry... what a beautiful layout... and remember you were made perfect in God's image and you are loved... I know it's not easy to forgive and let go to horrible comments like that... but you are worth so more more than what that one person said to you or thought of you... you are beautiful in so many's eyes and I hope that those horrible things said to you by one person go away...

This is such a powerful and emotive page LeeAndra. Your sharing your heart like this...this story...that's starting too. It's the start of loving yourself as He loves you. It's the start of knowing that "legacy" is one of lies. It's the start of writing a new story. New self talk. That is brave. And this page is amazing.

This and YOU are gorgeous. I too went through an abusive relationship that just tore me up side and brought my world down for the longest. What I realized is- The only reason he kept putting me down was because he couldn't admit to his own ugliness.

This is so powerful LeeAndra. I love the beautiful photos of beautiful you! I love how you tucked them back there and I love the book for your journaling. I love the positive word art and bravery you demonstrate with the changes. I'm so sorry you were ever exposed to someone so abusive, so power hungry, and self-loathsome that they could only attain that rush of power by breaking you. Hugs girl!

This is crazy awesome. I mean, it totally sucks that you are having to find your way out of that state of mind, but you did such a great job putting it in words. It's beautifully illustrated, and your photos really are pretty. And you're so much more than a pretty face, too. You are witty and articulate and talented. And you have great clevage.
