Journalling:
When we decided to have children i never took in to account of what that meant for my body. Two kids, two c-sections in two years. for the first time in my life i have no confidence. I felt fat, flabby and i hated my stomach because of all the stretch marks I had, I decided enough was enough and in november 2011 I started to workout. I later joined zumba which helped me loose 15 pounds. At this point I was working out 2-3 times a week. Then I started to run, and run. at first I hated it, but I felt like I was pushing my body further then I have ever. That's when i decided to run a 5k. Now I eat healthy and run 2-3 times a week. I by no means have a six pack but now I am comfortable and have my confidence back. I dropped 4 sizes, 3.5 inches in the waist and I am comfortable.
