I chose:

Forward - Used 5 arrows
Inward - Used 2 frames to frame non-photo items
Twisting - Used 3 different curled or twisted ribbons
Armstand - Used 3 things “visibly” upside down on the layout (tape ruler is upside down, clock is upside down, and heart tape is upside down)
