I can relate so much to this. Sometimes it's such a struggle but I know I'm better without the Zoloft (which affected me badly). Awesome clustering.

This is simply gorgeous! I relate all too well to your journaling and wish you the best as you adjust to a new normal. I figured out that I had fallen into some bad habits during my depression, and retraining those habits after coming off meds was difficult. But, it's not impossible. Hang in there! You can do it!
