This was originally going to be the subject of my Synchronized Swimming, so glad we're still doing "deep" journaling for Diving. Back - All of your photos must be “tucked” in the back of your papers...Circle papers Inward - Use a frame to frame something other than a photo two times on your layout...frames on blue pp and frame on entire layout. Twisting - Use no less than 3 different curled or twisted ribbons...I actually used 4. Armstand - At least 3 things must be “visibly” upside down on the layout...slide, yellow ribbon, and numbers were inverted from 1-10 to 10-1. This is beautifully done! I love the number countdown, the scale and your journaling really strikes a chord with me.

Great journaling! I can relate... and I don't want my boys to see me that way either. I want to be strong and show them a good example. Thanks for the inspiration!

Strong journalling and strong design - I love that you kinda divided the layout into three sections vertically, the journalling, the clustering (that is great) and the picture with the white space.
