Loved this layout as soon as I saw it. Love the journalling - you can do it and you are looking great 
The pink softens the whole layout and makes it so feminine

You should be proud of how much you've accomplished. Also, one of the things I've seen with myself and with others doing regular self-portraits...you find yourself doing the things that you know will improve how you see yourself...hair, makeup, weight... Not because you don't love yourself the way you are but because you look forward to your metamorphosis during your next photo shoot from the previous. It's kind of addicting even. Anyways...all that to say I think the self-portraiture is as great a motivator as any, and I think you are on a lovely journey. This layout is stunning btw.
