My Weight Loss Journey starts at 235. The goal is to loose 100lbs total but I will be happy with 80lb. The main reason for starting my weight loss journey is my health and well-being. The reason for scrapbooking it is so I don’t forget the hard work it takes and I have a visual reference of the process.
