Unfortunately the moment that really stood out at yesterday's birthday party was the kiss heard around the world I have no clue how she got on the subject, but my mother told a roomful of boys about Parker's first kiss when he was 5 years old. No clue what she was thinking, but then Parker got hysterical, locked himself in his room and was hyperventilating. It was like musical chairs with guests (including the kids) trying to calm him down. He eventually came out but missed the cake and presents entirely. Still not talking to grandma though! (Psst, dont' really blame him lol)

Oh my goodness! Poor guy! I can only imagine how he feels, having kids that age myself. I hope he gets past it soon and finds a way to turn it all around.

Wow! I can see this exact scenario playing out with my 8yo and his grandmother (my MIL). I'm so sorry this occurred, but I think you did a great job documenting it.

Awwwwww poor boy! I totally commiserate with him. I think Nana has a lot of making up to do. Great layout though. Looks fantastic in the gallery.

You did a great job on this Lindsay I love that it's all journaling and no photo. I gotta feel bad for both of them.
