Journaling: Here’s the thing. I start off each new year with great organizational flourish. I print out planner pages, I purchase organizational tools and I even took a “Get Organized" class this year. I bind them together in the most wonderful book and I face January 1st with a dream and a plan. I just love a fresh, clean planner. And that’s a good thing, as this is the way my well-intentioned planner usually remains. Seriously, what is wrong with me? Time slips away and by March, I realize I don’t have anything written in my gorgeous book and am just as helter skelter as ever! Maybe, I’m destined to be a day-to-day kind of gal. Perhaps I should stop planning to plan and just live my life. And maybe, just maybe, I should save some trees and accept that life is messy and can’t always be contained in a binder. Hmmm...
