Journaling says:
Talk show host, Dr.
Phil McGraw held a
press conference today
announcing his new
co-host, Emily Merritt,
as seen in this photo.
Merritt has a degree in
social work, but has
most recently been a
stay at home mom to
her two children. Critics
blame Dr. Phil for not
having a woman’s point
of view on his show. Dr.
Phil’s wife Robin agreed
that he needed to add a
permanent co-host to
address “real women’s
issues”.
Merritt is reportedly
very excited about this
new endeavor and
hopes to be able to help
Dr. Phil “change the
world”. She agrees that
there is too much going
wrong in society today
and she hopes to be an
integral part in helping
people change their lives
for the better.
Dr. Phil gave POP
Weekly a statement, “I
am very excited to bring
Emily on board and I
know she will add a
women’s touch to my
sometimes harsh
opinions.”

about Merritt being
caught re-decorating the
