For the SSD Recipe Challenge. I didn't have any shaped QPs, so I worked off a Basic-Grey-sized background and stitching.
Journaling:
From the time you found out there would be pony rides at Mia's farm party, you insisted you weren't going to ride. The day of the party you saw the first few children take their turns and held fast to your refusal. Then I started to talk to you about
how nice and gentle the horses was, my childhood pony rides, and your friends' obvious enjoyment. We reached a compromise that put you in control--you would sit on the horse for a moment, and then you'd decide if you wanted to ride. I was so
impressed with your bravery. Once you agreed to sit on the horse, you marched over excitedly and showed no signs of nervousness. You loved it and almost immediately asked for a ride. You were so proud of yourself for overcoming your fears, and we're proud of you, too.
