My 7 year old son trying to sit on my lap! When did he get so big?

This afternoon you really needed to rest and recharge. We decided to read together on the couch. "Can I sit on your lap Mommy?" you asked me. "Sure, of course", I said because I like to cuddle too. But when you crawled onto my lap it was hard for you to stay on! You've grown so big - over 3 inches in the last year! When did my little boy grow into this big school kid?!? It warms my heart that even at age 7 you still love to cuddle with your Momma, and I hope that even as you grow to adulthood there will be soft place in your heart for me. I love you! All the way to Pluto and back!
