Yeah, really! Oh you totally just touched a nerve. LOL We have the opposite "problem", we make girls. All 5 of my MILs grandchildren are girls. Me and my SIL are done having children but of course we still get all the comments about making the golden child even though we have both declared for many years we are done having kids. It breaks my heart when comments are made in front of all the girls. Like beautiful, HEALTHY, and smart girls are not enough?!

Love the emphasis on the photo, lovely colors and candid journaling. You don't make boys; your husband determines the sex of the child by providing the sry gene in the Y chromosome. As far as having girls or boys, just be happy with what your kids and don't worry about anyone else. Their needs and wants are irrelevant. Just my 2 cents, which you can ignore at will.

And they are absolutely wonderful boys! As you know, I'm in the same boat. Like you, I love what I got, two boys was meant to be. But I also know as they get older, they want to hang out with their dad more and sometimes with neither of us lol. I just always thought if I had a daughter, I'd have that closeness and bond a little bit longer. I think that is what I miss most...not all the "stuff" that goes with girls, especially the drama. I love your page and its got me inspired, thanks!
