Wow, I really can relate to your journaling! I had a panic attack while driving when I was in my 20s, then lived in Chicago, so I didn't have to drive for about 12 years. Then I moved to a regular city and had to relearn to drive. It was SO hard at first, and I was always worried about being in an accident. I am a very nervous passenger unless someone is a very skilled driver. I still do not drive on freeways. Good luck to you, you're not alone!
