It?s hard to believe all that has happen this past year. My son
wanted to stay the night at my grandmothers house last June.
I got a a call from my mom the next morning and all she could
get out was the paramedics are here. I didn't know what to
think. On the way to the hospital I didn't even know who
was hurt. I was relieved to see my son sitting in the waiting
room but at the same time HEART BROKEN to
find out my grandfather had a fall. They had to transport
him to a better hospital where they told us he had two
tumors in his bran and there was nothing that could be
done. My grandmother couldn't accept that so she
made arrangements to send him to one of the best
hospitals around. Once he arrived the doctors told
us he wouldn't make it much longer . That was prolly
the hardest thing I have ever had to go through. Mainly
because he was not only my grandfather but he raised
me as if i was his own daughter. HE IS AND WILL
ALWAYS BE MY HERO. For about a week
it was touch and go and it was so hard cause we could only
see him three times a day for a few minutes in ICU. He
asked for us to call the preacher and that evening our
preacher arrived and prayed with him. About two hours later
he started to improve!!! Three weeks later he got to leave and
go to a rehab were he had to relearn things. about 3 months later
he got to go home. He still has a ways to go but I'm so proud of him.
He has has be the bravest person I know!

Wow honey I totally got chills reading your layout, what a miracle! I can absolutely see why you are proud. I am so sorry that you and your family had to go through this but I can see how strong you all are. Big hugs!!!
