Bree hooked me up with this tutorial on the pens http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ee...ered_rsvp_pen/, which led to the post-it notes holder as well! The notebook is one from the $1 bin at Michael's that I recovered in digi hybrid style and added some flowers to!
